Part-Time Office Manager
The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Part-Time Office Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operations of our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a mix of administrative responsibilities and team support.
Location: 110 E. Franklin Street, Delphi, IN 46923
Reports to: Executive Director
Schedule: 20 hours/week, 3 days/week, flexible scheduling available

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Serve as the point of contact for visitors
- Create bi-monthly Chamber newsletter
- Manage Chamber social media schedule
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Handle general administrative tasks including mail, phone inquiries, sending statements, enter checks into system, and correspondence
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proven experience in office administration or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google System)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Compensation based on experience
