Part-Time Office Manager

The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Part-Time Office Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operations of our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a mix of administrative responsibilities and team support.

Location: 110 E. Franklin Street, Delphi, IN 46923
Reports to: Executive Director
Schedule: 20 hours/week, 3 days/week, flexible scheduling available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Serve as the point of contact for visitors
  • Create bi-monthly Chamber newsletter
  • Manage Chamber social media schedule
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Handle general administrative tasks including mail, phone inquiries, sending statements, enter checks into system, and correspondence
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proven experience in office administration or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google System)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
