About Us
Family Rootz LLC is a domestic limited liability company registered with the Indiana Secretary of State. We are a non-accredited mental health agency providing CMHW services for children ages 6 to 17 who have been identified as having a need.
At Family Rootz, we come together with transparency, honesty, integrity, and a genuine desire to aid in the growth of ourselves, our employees, and the children and families we provide services to. We will train ourselves and our staff to provide services to help children and their families become the best versions of themselves.
